I am reaching the 800yrd mark but I am horrible at doping wind so thinking about a windmeter. Seems most favor the Kestrel 3500 but was wondering how much more it actually does compared to the 2500? First thing that comes to mind is "wet bulb temp". I don't even know what that is. I am using Shooter on my Iphone if that matters. This is the first and only one that I have used.

The 2500 doesn't read humidity. I use the 2500, the difference humidity makes is less than I can shoot(with the rifles/distances I usually shoot). Run the numbers and see if it would play a major role in your shooting. That being said, if I was buying new I'd get a meter that reads humidity though as the price difference is moot and takes once less variable out of it.
