I've shot 2 boxes of federal 1.125 oz 7.5 shot without issue.
I haven't shot any 1 oz. but I can go shoot a few if you need to know. No problem just let me know.

No need to usually shoot 1-1/4
I got a new model browning a-5
And it will not shoot a low brass for nothing it's a 1600$ single shoot when comes to low brass

as to deaner 20's question. The Winchester 3.5" 12's will usually cycle decently down to 1 1/8 oz. at 1200 or so... I usually run a 1/4 oz. 1300-1330fps field load or 1 1/8 oz. sporting clays loads
