No. These were only made for a few years starting in late 90s I think. They are push feed.

Looks to be a push feed from picture 3. I don't see the extractor blade of a CRF there.

I have the same model in 220 Swift and it was rechambered to 220 Wilson Arrow by Dan Cowen, it is a very good rifle with an impressive barrel. I bought mine new for about $590 in California of all places, wouldn't sell or trade it for the world.
