Winchester Model 70 XTR 30-06 Winlite. It has a factory Mcmillan Featherwight stock in a blind magazine configuration. It has an 18" barrel. 2 piece Warne Maxima bases installed.

Did the barrel come from the factory at 18" or was it cut down?

The barrel was cut down from 22". The previous owner tried to make a muzzle brake by drilling holes in the barrel. I had it cut off and barrel recrowned with a target crown. It is an excellent shooter, very handy at that length.
