Not trying to be an @$$ or anything.... But you cannot ship primed brass, at least not without marking the package properly..... The fine for not doing so is a steep one.

Primed brass is like loaded ammo.... If it's classified ORM-D.

Look it up on UPS's website.... And you cannot is the USPS at all for this.
