For mounting a scope with 30mm tube and 50mm objective what mounts and rings ?

So far been looking at a one piece Tally steel base ( $100 bucks) and Weaver rings for $40 bucks are Talley rings for another $100 bucks.

Another option would be 2 piece Weaver bases(Nos 11 and 29) and use Burris Signature Zee steel rings. The polymer inserts in the Burris rings would give you some MOA to play with if needed.
