win mdl 70 1pc or 2pc bases???

I am about to buy a mdl 70 in 300 wsm and probably a 4-12x scope yes unfortunately 1 in. tube. should I go with 1pc or 2 pc bases and do you recommend any specific rings??? I am on a budget but I will spend a couple extra bucks if I need to

I have 2 pc warne bases/rings on my Model 70 300wsm. They are pretty sturdy mounts. I would recomend them. Honestly I have never had one piece base on my mod 70s, never seemed to need it.
