To make room in a crowded gunsafe I take the scopes off some of the rifles. This is easy since I have switched most of the usin'-guns to tactical mounts. Yesterday I shot a rifle that had been stored for several months, the scope put away in a separate place. Placed the B&L Tactical scope onto the rail, torqued the ring nuts and went to the range to test the new Noslers. Shot the entire test and did not touch my turrets - that is why I like tactical mounts.
