Who could build a custom picatinny rail for me?

I need a custom built Picatinny rail to be built but have had trouble finding a machinist/smith who will do it.

Any suggestions?

It is for a simple round radius base, so nothing fancy needs to be done.

I'd also go for a single piece rings/base block which would save me buying rings, if they will do it.

Contact EGW (Evolution Gun Works)...I'm not sure if they can make a custom one, but I think they will...
