Wife and kids went to see the in-laws, so I went to the freezer.

Sous vide whitetail tenderloin that I let marinate in some red wine and finished in the cast iron, cauliflower and mushroom risotto, micro greens, and a red wine reduction to top it off.

Oh, and my favorite bourbon, George T. Stagg.

Is it fall yet?!?!
