Thick to sagging in the brisket, belly sagging just a bit, Roman nose- I'd put him at at least 4.5, and probably 5.5. Genetically, he's probably close to max.

That's a nice Buck, but not a giant. If it was early in the season and I knew there was bigger Bucks, I would probably let him walk. Or if I was on a paid hunt in Pike county Illinois, or Buffalo county Wisconsin I would hold off unless it was the last day. I know, they say never pass on the first day on a animal you would take on the last day, but I've taken several nice Whitetails that I wouldn't loose sleep if he walked. Nice Picture!!

I'm on the fence on this one. Have a couple pics of him now. He looks like he would be a great deer next year but I don't think my neighbors will give him a pass.
Not nearly as nice of a photo as the OP. But same predicament.

Update on this two years later. I never actually had a chance at him. Lol. Go figure, **** cameras get my hopes up.
