Sadly, Rocket Steelhead XL 100gr heads are no longer made.
These were my go-to head and I've harvested over 100 deer with this head with shots out to 55 yards.
They fly right with my field points.

So I'm shopping for a new head.
Someone suggested Rage Hypodermics.
Anyone have experience with this head and the Tac-15?

I've tried Schwackers, but the practice head flies off about 3" at 20 yards. No dice.

I've tried Phat Heads. Same dealio.

Thanks in advance!

:) Personally, for me, the NAP FOC 170 grain broadhead is what I feel may be the best broadhead out there for our tacs. A 3 inch cut, the arrow always go completely through and always lands 5 to 10 yards from the kill, so it is easy to find!
I have close to 25 kills with it so far, and talk about blood trails, wow!

Ive used the 3 blade rage with huge success. This year i switched the the hypodermic but have yet to kill a deer with it yet. If i was to switch heads id go with a dead ringer. Those are a awesome head

i use grim reaper. they have a practice head that flies the same as broadhead. i have killed several deer with these. practice heads come out of target easy also. 100gr. 1-3/4" cut
