I just finished reading Ryan Cleckner's Long Range Shooting Handbook, and loved it. Now I am looking for my next read. I included the books I'm currently looking at but please feel free to add to the list. I'm looking to improve my hit percentage and tighten my groups. I think a large part of that is likely getting better at reloading and reading the wind. I took a LR class right after I finished reading Ryan's book and "saw" the wind for the first time through the scope. All these years, I had no clue, I just used my wind station or whatever my phone said it was.

I would suggest "Applied Ballistics for Long Range Shooting"

I haven't read Frank's book. It might be worthwhile. Frank put out a DVD a number of years ago. I thought it was kinda lukewarm on must of the content but I thought it had an excellent section on wind.
