Where's the new subsonic electronic caller?

Last year I was hearing that Burnham Bros. or other companies like FoxPro, were coming out with electronic callers that produce ultra low/ultra high frequencies there truly mimicked animal distress calls.
Where are they?

burnhams has been delayed due to programing and getting the right speakers. Havent heard from foxpro yet. am very curious about this as i have played with some sounds that have other frequencies and they do seem to have some impact.
