Where are most members from

Unfortunately, I'm from one of the sickening blue states in the east, NJ. Currently looking at property in eastern TN maybe around Knoxville. Looking for at least 50 acres moderately close to civilization where I can sit on my back deck and shoot (respecting time of day/neighbors, etc.) and make my property enticing to turkeys and deer. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you to everyone on this forum, it's great to be in a place where there is actually good advice and lot's of great knowledge and experience.
In TN the further west you go the more it costs. JMO

I bounced around the central Northeast most of my life, NJ, NY, and MD. 8 yrs ago, I left the socialist state of Maryland for tax and gun reasons and moved north to south cnetral

Had some trouble with previous post. Moved to south central Pa.. Best decision I could have made. Wonderful people, Low Taxes, good gun regs. Our local sheriff passes out CCW permit apps at gun seminars, "You are the good guys, you're not the problem. We aren't doing you a favor, it is your right." The weather is moderate and the hunting is very good for everything from varmints to Turkey, Deer, Bear, and Elk. Land prices are also reasonable, so don't overlook PA in your search for greener pastures..
On the downside, we do have a kinda crazy Governor tho.
