When to call it quits on a rifle?

Quickload would answer all your powder and load questions. I do a lot of wildcatting and find it to be really handy for predicting powders loads.

Well today I got an email from the die manufacturer saying that i can take the seating stem down. Well it was a kind of thick burr near the edge. Any way went slow and it didnt work. More and more, and nothing. Screwed the first and second stem in and this is what I discovered. I think its the die. Waiting on yet another reply.
