what to shoot out of my 7mm Dakota, a-max or berger

Im debating on the 162gr. Hornady a-max or the 168gr. Berger hunting vld... Im just hunting deer and wild hogs. Average shots being 50yds-400yds for me here in Tennessee. Even thought about swift scirocco II if good moa.
