What rifles you guys running for varmint hunting?

Just went to the range today to work up a load for the 20PPC using a powder I have on hand since any powder is ultra hard to get now. Think I found a load! Using VV133 and a 40gr. Berger running 3875fps, here's the group of 3 . I started a 1/2 grain lower and got .377. This one went 0.074!!! Oh, at 100yds.

It's a factory Savage barrel so 1:9.25 I'm pretty certain. I haven't measured the twist because for my purposes, it's all but irrelevant. I'm in the beginning stages of working up a load around the 70g Hammer Hunter. If I get what I want out of it, that same bullet will be used for dumping dogs and deer. So at 70g, the factory twist will be plenty.

Well, I've narrowed done the rifles I'm planning to take this year. A Ruger 77/ 17 WSM, a Cooper 20 TAC, a 700 in 20 PPC, and a Defiance actioned 6 Creedmoor. I'll probably shoot that 17 the most, then 20 TAC and 20 PPC. Save the 6 for next zip code shots.

in the shop/garage 17 hmr (savage 93) in the kitchen there's a 22lr marlin 929, there my cal squirrel shooters, bigger varms bigger shooter 6x45mm msr style have 22nosl/224valk sitting in the saft got tired of them they shoot well but the 6x45 does it better, stag 6h 223 1/7 twt this is one of the best field rifles, 3x m4s 223 match service and bigger from there

What bullets you using, twist and loads in your 6.5x284? What varmints you shooting?

Were building 6.5x284, but for target with 1:8 - 30" - 1.25" tube and using 142 SMKs.

We also have 6.5mm - 123 SMK, 130 TMK, 140SGK for our .260 Rem 1:8 with 26" heavy Bartlein and they all shoot the same POI @ 100yds, just worked out with the powder loads. Shoots < 1/4".

Our Varmint rifles are .223 RRA and .204. Ruger 77 Mark II target.
Might also use Jill's 6mm 1:7, 30", 1.25" tube (still building waiting for a MPA Pro Matrix
Chassis)
