What is the lowest MAX power for an ELR rifle scope?

I saw a video of Shawn Carlock shoot out to around a mile with a 2.5-10 NF. I'd say minimum of 14-16X but ideally 20x or better.

I shot my 2.5-10x32 NF out to 1100 yds at marmots. With the good optics of that scope it wasn't lacking at that range.

IMO, the 2.5x10x32 NF is an exceptionally well designed scope. The quality of the glass combined with the very fine and crisp reticle puts it in a class of its own given its compact dimensions.
