My tests showed KG12 to remove copper. CLP and Boretech carbon remover work nest for me. I'm starting load development for 6.5 mm cartridges this year and I plan to experiment with Boretech and KG 12.
What bore cleaner do you use ?!

What are you terming to get out? Copper or carbon?
Both - got about 225 rounds down it and still difficult to clean
Make sure to get some GOOD brushes. The Thoroclean system works very well but you may have to work it depending on how hard the carbon is and how thick the copper is.
If it's really bad you may be better off with IOSSO paste or JB bore brite to get it completely stripped clean.
ThoroughClean and ThoroughFlush with a bronze brush is my go to now. Shiny bare metal in 10 minutes.
This is my 7 PRC after cleaning it with ThoroughFlush and ThoroughClean. It took about 15 minutes. The rifle hadn't been cleaned since hunting season began last year and it was shot by 3 different people and their hunts as well. 72 rounds had been fired through it.

I just ordered some Thorough Clean and the flush kit.I have a good system and it works well but always looking for a better mouse trap.
