What bullet are you using in your 22-250?

I've bunch over the years, the 60 Horn HP, 63 Sierra, 55 and 60 NSB's all have done very well for me and the 55 Horn w/c

All I hunt is Whitetails in upstate and northern New York. Our primary lease is done from shooting houses and the longest shot would be 300 yards. Depending on the day it's.257 Roberts, 6.5 Creedmoor or .270.

For close up, 100yds or less, which where I hunt is most of the time, as well as climbing into and out of trees.........

260 or 7mm-08 both 20" bbl. and light carry guns.

For distance which up here amounts to 200-300yds, over bogs, swales, and down power lines.......

7mm-08 heavy varmint rifle 26" bbl.

My father told me deer hunting story of his youth. Rifle used was a 300 H&H mag. The end result was a headless deer. On that note we agreed thaT was over kill. This was hunting in eastern Washington .

My favorite is the 264 win.
I have three brothers their favorites are the 243win 6.5x55 and 308 win

Short range- 1907 1894 26" Oct 30wcf or 1923 Sav 99 32spl.
Mid- 338-06 or 280 Rem
Long- 338 Ultra

My Rem 700 in 7mm-08 with 139gr SST's, deadly accurate and devastating on deer. My Rem 700 in 7mm Rem Mag just keeps on growing on me, might become my favorite but not yet.
