Weight of rem 700 Action

Can anyone tell me the weight of a Remington 700 Action (Short and long actions), include trigger and mag if in the weight if possible please.

I am trying to get an idea of how heavy I can go with the barrell for a custom rifle as I want the all up weight to be around 9lbs

Iv'e heard there is a 4-5oz weight difference between the SA and LA Chromemoly and TI

It looks like I have got a Sako TRG- S donor rifle with a M995 action and fibreglass stock.

Should be a good start for my 7mm-rum /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif
