Got the kamodo firing up right now …. Gonna be a pizza and beer kinda night after a tough training week….

What are you using for a stone? Is there a concern of it cracking?

It's just a generic pizza stone. Cheap… I had a high dollar one that was gifted to me years ago but I leaned it against something and my dog tripped over it and it shattered

Cook temp on this night was only 450…. When I roll my own, fresh dough… I hit it at 800+. This is a new larger kamodo. The last one I had was smaller but hitting 800-900 was no issue
