Anyone know anyone that specializes in Weatherby's MK5s. I am going to do a Lapua and want someone that knows their way around a wby action. Thanks.

howd you ever talk him into that willys?
for the most part he dosent like weatherbys. he dosent think they stack up to a remington.
i happen to like them, and have a modified 30x378 built on one.
i think they are a fine action, and wouldnt hesitate to build a lapua on one.
no doubt bruce is a fine gunsmith if your willing to wait.
there are others also who are members here. for 1 name, check out kevin cram at montour rifles.

JBJ Custom Guns has done 3 custom Weatherby's for me. Here is my 2000 yard stick Jim did for me. It is a sub MOA rifle out to 1500 when conditions are perfect.

Here is a pic of the business end with my Tubb Break and level.

Here is a group with my 257 Weatherby he did for me at 1200 yards. My log book says the wind that day was from 2' at 6 mph.
