Dawgonnit BB, I saw the title to this post and almost choked, as Ive never hered of a true Montanan' ''waste whiskey''. When I lived there you could get shot for such a hanus crime!
Im ok now that Ive read the rest of the post tho . At least its only one oz. at a time, that leaves the rest of the bottle for the party. But Im confused as to why anyone in Montana would eat Goat when they could have Elk, or Deer, or even Bear. I guess Id be tempted to ''liven it up'' a bit with whiskey too if all I had left to eat was Goat.
