Hello,
We are seeking a weatherby vanguard long action bolt for the .240 weatherby cartridge. Most rifles in this caliber are shorter action.

Here is a dimension drawing of the .240 Weatherby cartridge:



Please note the loaded length is 3.100" which will not fit in a short action magazine box. Also, the .240 Weatherby is a standard 0.473 rim diameter which is the same as the .30-06 rifle cartridge.

Thank you for the precise info. We had purchased a bolt for this rifle and found it too short toheadspace properly. That was embarassing, so we are seeking the correct bolt for this rifle.
