Up for sale is a used once 16'x 20' wall tent purchased from wall tent shop.com a few years ago. We thought it was a good idea to buy one, but unfortunately we don't ever find the time to head out west anymore. Includes stove, vinyl floor, rainfly and custom made stakes. Well cared for and stored in conditioned climate. Located in Iowa, but have means to deliver To Colorado.

That ain't a hotel lol.. one of my tents is 14x17...10ft porch.. then a 14x14 cook shack attached.. I love wall tents. Wish you were closer to Oregon

I have a 12x16 Eureka tent i shared with friends on Canadien fishing trips for about 10 years.
I started enjoying the trips much more when i scaled back to a 2 man tent.
I went from being an unpaid outfitter, to just another fisherman.
