Used by a lot of turkey hunters on their shotguns. Now with that said, there are better choices out there with much more newer technology than this model.

I'm assuming your talking about the nee 5-25 34mm venom not the red dot. If so then they are suppose to be similar to the strike eagle but a few hundred cheaper. Being so new very limited details about them. That said it has so many great features so the glass must be lesser quality then the strike eagle to separate the price difference. Should make for a fantastic trainer scope, long range 22 scope, and entry level precision optic. Has less overall travel compared to the strike eagle though
