Spotting scope is used, but in excellent condition. I would have to rate it at least 95%. It lived pretty much its whole life in the bra, and was really only used at the gun range. I have owned it for 4 years. I can't see any scratches or scuffs on the glass, and the body is in just as good of condition. Comes with everything as seen in pictures.
