I have a chance to buy a 2nd focal plane new for half off. I have never had a pst but do have a nightforce. I realize the nightforce is better optically but my main concern is tracking how do the pst scopes perform. Has anyone had any issues with them tracking? Scope will live on a 300 win mag hunting rifle shots will be max 800.

I have one on a Savage Model 12 300 WSM. About 3 weeks ago I had her out for a run.
She is zeroed at 200 yards. I dialed up and hit a milk jug, cold bore shot, at 790 yards. So yea, I think it does pretty good.

Plus don't forget the transferable like time warranty. For 1/2 off, you can't beat it.

If you decide not to get it, I would appreciate knowing where it's for sale. :)

Tracking is good on two PSTs I have. Tracking seemed off on a HS LR I have, Vortex fixed it no questions asked. It's now my favorite scope. Assuming you are looking at a MOA model, if you pass please PM me and hook me up at half off.
