VG6 Precision Gamma High Performance Muzzle Brake

Anybody have experience with these muzzle brakes. Does a muzzle brake have to be caliber specific or can I use the 7.62 on a 270? Does this reduce the benefit of the brake?

Anybody have experience running a brake that is bigger than the caliber being shot through it?

I shoot my 6.5 through a 308 VG6 Gamma, I don't know That I've ever shot it next to my 308 with it to see if there is a difference. honestly I usually figure all the other difference in barrel profile, or overall weight, even how I'm gripping while I shoot probably has more to do with it than anything.

I take back everything I ever said against muzzle brake because I was wrong!! It has cut the recoil by probably 60% or more. These things are amazing!!
