After reading this thread, I felt like doing my part to support the vegans, and having a baked potato for dinner seemed like a good solution. So, I turned on the oven and threw a few in there for me and the family. About the same time they were ready, the pork butt I threw on the smoker around midnight last night was also ready, so I shredded it and grabbed some sharp cheddar and shredded that too, then put it all on top of that potato. Glad I could do my part.
