Twist rate for high velocity 6mm (243 Catbird)

I have dies and reamers (tight neck and no turn) for a 243 Catbird. Looking for the best twist rate to shoot 105's and down. I know I can get an 8 twist but can I go to a 10 twist or something in between to reduce pressure/increase velocity and still stabilize the 105's?

According to Berger, a 10" twist will not stabilize their 105 gr bullets and according to Bryan Litz, a 10" twist will not give you more velocity than an 8" twist.
