This is the one I have and I love it. Not sure if its the best but it is a pretty nice set up. I can't remember what I paid for mine but they look a little spendy now.

I have the Lyman electronic and a 0-4 pound spring scale. I like my little spring scale better. The Lyman takes some skill to get actual readings.
