TRADE H1000 FOR RETUMBO

I have 4 lbs of H1000 that I'm willing to trade pound for pound for Retumbo. I'm in Rapid City, SD, but will be travelling through Sioux Falls down to Joplin, MO in the next few weeks and can deliver it anywhere along the way.

Sorry - shipping powder privately is a pain. You must be registered as an approved hazmat shipper or know someone who is, then you also have to pay the shipping and hazmat fees.

Yeah I know a guy that's licensed here. H1000 is impossible to find down here.

See if he knows how I can ship it, since I'm not licensed. I may be wrong, but I think the sender has to be licensed.
