TPS scope mount

Has anyone used the TPS scope rings and rail?
I'm trying to find a nice set up for my Remington 700 VSSF .223 with Nikon 4-16X42 scope with out braking the bank.

OR does anyone have a different set up that I should look at?

Any input would be great!!

Will a 20MOA base help, or a standard base fine?

Running 2 setups with the TPS rings/bases and am very happy thus far. Very good quality and holding up with the 300 rum recoil.

I have them as well and like them. I have a set of aluminum and a set o steel rings. Look a lot like my NF rings but a lot less money.
