Torque?

I get all these conflicting numbers in the back of my head. I want to know what you guys are torqueing your long range screws and nuts at. I don't want anything loose but I also don't want crap falling apart.

I have steel 20moa pic. base and 30mm steel rings.

1. Torq on the 20moa base
2. torq on the nuts that hold the rings to the base
3. torq on the screws that hold the rings together

1- 15 inch pounds

2- depends on the size of the screws

3- 15 inch pounds
