Cooked up a "Moose Roast" tonight to include carrots. potatoes, onions, stewed tomatoes and season. Cooked in an "Insta Pot" on the "Pressure" setting.
Also had homemade gravy and Jill made "Butter Biscuits" . Had an inexpensive bottle of Melot.
AWESOME Dinner
We also had another wild game dinner the other night -was AWESOME!
It is truly a BLESSING to live in the country or City and be able to eat fresh wild animals!
Guess what our other dinner was?
Just need a bottle of good Bourbon now for after the dinners!
