I just held one this evening. It's not as full as a heavy barrel but it's close. I would say 80-90% of that. I looked for specs on Tikka's site but no details there unfortunately.
The shorter barrel balances well but it does feel like a 3/4 size rifle, so the Compact Tactical Rifle name is appropriate.
The bolt is verrrrry smooth. Magazine wasn't in the rifle so didn't have a chance to check that.
From the few reviews out there so far, sounds like they are shooters.
