Thompson Center Barrels

I’m curious if anyone knows if the barrels on Thompson Center Venture and Compass are button rifled or hammer forged? I called and asked but they wouldn’t tell me. Only thing that they said was that they were in a machine. I looked on the search bar but I didn’t find anything about that.

I’m not sure, but I remember my venture barrel looked as smooth as a custom thru a bore scope when I first got it. It looked “match grade”, not sure about the newer ones. Mine is 2011ish I believe.

I researched them a few weeks ago and whatever I found said that they were button rifled.

Not sure, all I know are my two Ventures (7 Mag/.204) shoot awesome with both factory ammo and hand-loads. Both were purchased 2011-2012 though.
