how do you determine the "+P" part of the equation? is it just your throat deign, or are you loading to a higher pressure too? your web page doesnt really explain, just leads to a longer throat design

The +P design is all about the throat. Chamber pressures are standard for the parent case. It doesn't have a longer throat, the "touch point " of a standard chamber vs. a +P chamber are within a few thousandths of each other. Hope that answers your question.
