The customer is ALWAYS right!

The customer is not always right. I say that though, to say that the customer is ALWAYS the most important part of any business and should be treated that way. Respect, appreciation, honesty and compromise in my opinion is ALWAYS the right way to approach anything in life.

the customer is always right when they claim that they told you that they wanted beans instead of rice. otherwise, the customer is usually a moron. at least in my line of work that's the case.
"Beans? Those are beans from the Oryza saliva. Get out of my store, you moron!"
