Thanksgiving Mule Deer Hunt

Chad, of Backcountry Rookies Podcast, shot this Colorado Mule Deer on Thanksgiving day with a 257 Weatherby and the 110gr Hammer Hunter bullet. After being shot at 285 yards the deer went 25 yards dropped and tumbled down hill. Happy Thanksgiving Hunt!

Great buck and a fine looking rifle. Looks like a Hatch bipod and those are the ticket.
