Terminus Apollo Lite owners

I picked up an Apollo lite in a trade. I was curious if anyone knows the re ommended torque specs on the the 2 piece 20 moa rail that comes with the action? I e tried reaching out to Joel at Terminus but it sounds like he is a very busy man and haven't heard anything back yet.
