Here is a very interesting link to ALOT of information from what sounds like a VERY knowledgable individual who has done what seems like years of research...Maybe you have already read this?? I started to read it but then I realized I could be here all night so I printed it..... 75 pages !!!

DC,

They way I read it was that it could almost be in favor of "non hunting" bullets. The wound that is needed is not as "big" as what people may think to kill an animal. I reading the posts from most hunters, it seems as though they thinnk there needs to be this "explosion" type wound to effectivly terminate the life of an animal. In reading what I have of this link it almost appears as though a bullet that generates muscle, organ and tissue damage with a channel of a 1/2" or more seems to be all thats necessary.
I will read further but that is my take on it so far.

later,

Ric
