Temp Stability chart question

So, the temperature stability chart I've seen everywhere has a lot of blanks… this may be a dumb question, but does a blank mean "no data", or are powders listed above (or below) a posted number in the same group?

Since none of us put that chart together, I cant say for sure. I always took it as there just wasn't data done for it by whom ever put the chart together. I've also seen several charts that had different data. I've seen articles written and test done that didn't match exactly what some chart have showed. I watched a test done on TAC that showed .45 but a chart that shows .7. So I think you can only use them as a rough guide at best.

I would put the same accuracy on that chart as the various burn rate charts.
