These are fantastic slings and the only way Ive ever found to carry a heavy rifle comfortably. Ive hauled a 23lb'r with no problem and my TRG is always in one. You can throw one over your shoulder and run the one strap like any other sling or put the other strap over and spread the load over both, padded and comfy.
