SOLD/EXPIRED Swarovski Z3 3-10x42

What is the condition of the scope? Has it ever been mounted in rings? When was it originally purchased (or how old is the scope)?
 
It has been mounted on my 6.5x55 in talley ultralight rings for about 6 months in great condition. it was purchased about a year ago
