not sure if we are allowed to do this but,,,,I have A LOT of optics of different brands, once again, i call up swarovski for a little issue and 2 minutes of convo with a super efficient person and i have my part on it's way. steiner (15 minutes on hold) zeiss (so so helpful) nightforce (once again, so so helpful) kahles (really darn helpful, the importer in idaho, that is) vectronix (never had a problem), hey, i could go on and on.

THANKS SWAROVSKI!

Personally like Swaros myself. Own 3. Bought one that had to go back for repair. It was at this point I found out they send them back to Austria for repair/warranty. ( At least mine they did.) Was and 9 week turn around. They took care of it no charge.( $70 for insurance) But that's a long time to be without your scope,

I have had the same experience with Swarovski, a person answers the phone every time, no hold time, over the top helpful and courteous. They have sent free replacement eyecups because I didn't like the winged ones. Some other free stuff too. Best CS I have found in optics. Meopta was pretty good too.

Do you have a contact number to order parts from Swarovski? Or you use a specific dealer?

I need covers for my swaro bino's.
