I decided to try this new ball powder made in Florida. I have never been impressed with others made in the same factory for accuracy. It was considered "dirty" by some that used it on the internet which I believe might be an ignition problem. It has been labeled as close to H4831 in burn rate.
6.5-284 120 gr Sierra Match HBN coated Winchester WLRM primers (hottest of primers)
New Lapua cases

49.0 gr 2909 fps (Instrumental about 12 ft)
49.5 2977
50.0 2907 (Fed 210M substituted for magnum primer)
50.5 2994
51.0 3016
51.5 3108
52.0 3084
52.5 3124
53.0 3166
54.0 3263
55.0 3393 Blown Primer

My current load is 56.2 gr of VV N-560 with Fed 210M in Lapua Brass for 3255 fps.
Even in low pressure powder did not soot up the cases. No sign of "dirty" cases.
